Certified Public Accountant, consultant and lead auditor for ISO 9000 quality systems, Gilbert is master in Business Administration from California State University (Fullerton), the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and the University of Quebec (Montreal).
During his more than 33 years of experience, 22 as the leader of LANEY, of which he is a founding partner, Gilbert has learned to shape the focus of customer needs by analyzing the specific problems in each company. The result of this experience is his clarity of ideas, which is reflected in his pragmatic approach in the development of the daily activities of business life, defining solutions in the field, always interacting with the customer.
On a personal level, Gilbert is fluent in Spanish, English and French, and is currently in the process of learning Chinese. Among his passions are reading, listening to music, watching good movies and practicing contact sports.

Attorney, consultant, Master in Business Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, and with postgraduate studies in Tax Law, Bankruptcy Law and Development and National Defense, César is a founding partner of Laney.
During his more than 25 years of experience he has participated in the process of investment and disinvestment of foreign capital in Peru, as well as tax planning for domestic and foreign investors. Among the most important milestones in his career are not only the successful establishment of a national organization of professionals from different disciplines but also leading the general management of holding companies and their participation in restructuring and negotiations for the sale of companies in various sectors.
On a personal level, César is fluent in Spanish and English, and is passionate about basketball, field in which he has experience as a sports manager.
